PAYMENT REQUIREMENTS (DEPOSITS, ETC.)

·        We suggest to our hunters to book their hunting packages as soon as possible after the 1st of January of each year due to the fact that we have a limited game tags for each hunt. In order to confirm a reservation date for a hunting package, the hunters must pay a deposit of 50% of the price of the hunting package. On the contrary, we cannot guarantee their place in our hunting schedule plans; the rest of the cost of the hunting packages must be paid on a date agreed to with a representative of the HUNT CONEXION MEXICO, or 30 business days before arrival at your hunting destination.

·        Upon receipt of a hunter’s deposit hunting receipt will be sent to him, describing the details of the booked hunt, the Ranch guest rules and further instructions and tips about coming into Mexico to hunt.

·        A minimum of 90 (ninety) business days written notice must be given before established hunt date for cancellations and/or rescheduling of hunts. Otherwise, deposits may be forfeited. We will do our best to re-schedule your hunt so you don’t lose your hunting spot with us!

·        Due to the unique nature on the bookings at HUNT CONEXION MEXICO, all no-shows without written notice will be billed in full.

·        Unless paid in advance, your hunt balance is due upon arrival at your hunting destination in the form of cash, cashier’s check or cash.

·        Hunters should pay for any additional trophy fees immediately at the end of their hunt and before departure from their hunting destination.

·        Hunters may add additional consecutive days to their hunting trips for only $350 USD per person, per day.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

1.           In the case that a hunter has already finished his hunt, or not, and at a given time wishes to try to hunt any other species, it will be permitted ONLY if he reaches an agreement with one of HUNT CONEXION MEXICO’S representatives. Said agreement must be made BEFORE his intent to keep hunting. Be it understood that by “agreement” we mean the accord of the species to hunt, the price for the hunt, the number of trophies allowed to be harvested for the hunt and the date and method set for payment of the said hunt or trophy fees.

2.           ANY WOUNDED ANIMAL IS CONSIDERED A CONFIRMED KILL. Wounded means the drawing of blood, bone, flesh or hair from a game animal by any hunting method.

3.           Each hunter has the right to harvest ONLY one mature buck per person in the case of deer, bison and sheep hunt packages and only one mature Tom in the case of Turkey hunt packages. Additional trophy fees apply to additional game animals taken of each species. 

4.           It is the hunters understanding that he is being offered a hunting opportunity and that we cannot guarantee the successful outcome of any hunt because there are factors beyond HUNT CONEXION MEXICO’S - or their Outfitter partner’s - control, that can affect the outcome of a hunt, for example extreme weather conditions, changes in animal behavior or movement patterns, a hunter’s physical and shooting abilities, hunting equipment failure, etc.
