You came down to hunt with us and had a successful hunt - and it’s a great trophy, hell - it’s your trophy! Now you need to get your trophy home. You are probably asking yourself questions like: How do I travel with my trophy? How do I keep it from spoiling? What documentation do I need to travel with it? Can I put it on the plane? Will I run into issues at US Customs that will delay my travel? What if US Customs refuses entry and destroys it?
The answer to these and similar questions is: Don’t worry! Let HUNT CONEXION MEXICO worry about all that for you! We can take care of your trophy so it won’t spoil and we will take care of all the necessary documentation in order to ship your trophy anywhere in the world you need us to ship it to - as fast as possible!
Trophy Export Costs to USA…
Trophy export costs to the USA are fairly straightforward - it costs:
Shipping to our office + $350 PER trophy to clear US Customs + UPS or Truck freight shipping & handling cost to your destination. Important note: The freight cost varies depending size, weight and destination.
If your trophy is on a CITES permit it will cost you:
Shipping to our office + $500 PER trophy to clear US Customs + UPS or Truck freight shipping & handling cost to your destination. Important note: The freight cost varies depending size, weight and destination.
CITES PERMITS cost about $300 USD and take 6 - 8 weeks to process - plan ahead!
If we need to crate your trophy, it usually costs $200 - $250 USD for normal crates (shoulder mounts) and $300 USD an up for bigger crates (half body or life size mounts).
If you are sending multiple trophies, we will gladly give you a discount.
We will handle your trophy with the utmost care when packing and shipping.
If we are shipping through a freight company we will always provide you with a shipping quote before sending your trophy.
We will always provide you with a tracking number for your shipment.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Once we deliver your trophy with a carrier (UPS, FedEx, trucking company etc.) it’s out of our hands and we will not be held responsible or liable if it is damaged, lost or stolen. We strongly recommend you insure your valuable trophy!
Shipping outside the continental USA will involve several additional costs for shipping and customs brokers. We will gladly provide you with a quote if we are shipping your trophy outside the continental USA.
If you would like for us to export your trophy to the US, contact us for instructions on where to ship your trophy to us and so we can let you know what info we need from you in order to ship your trophy. We will keep your info private and never share it with third parties.
